Abstract
The article clarifies the basic benefits of digital notarization for notarization activities in Vietnam. At the same time, it outlines the approach and implementation of digital notarization in some countries worldwide and analyzes the difficulties in implementing digital notarization in Vietnam. It recommends solutions to orient the future construction and development of digital notarization in Vietnam
