Abstract

This study aims to address one of the currently prevalent contracts for the realisation of public-private partnerships and the use of the latter's expertise and resources to promote economic development in countries. This is exemplified by BOT contracts, which contribute to the effective and efficient development of infrastructure projects in the host country, with Algeria being used as a model for legislative and practical adoption.
