Abstract

Spiritual books include the attributes and abilities of the authentic self, such as intellect, empathy, honesty, happiness, love, innovativeness, leadership, and harmony. Paulo Coelho, a prolific novelist, has consistently explored the issue of spirituality throughout his several writings. The primary objective of the present research is to investigate the concept of Epiphany as shown in the spiritual novels authored by Paulo Coelho. The books authored by the individual in question depict the process of change experienced by the central character, with a particular focus on the development and use of Epiphany. The research demonstrates that the main characters in the author's works use Epiphany as a means of overcoming their challenges.  The presence of Epiphany has a significant role in fostering the development of a more refined sense of self-identity inside the main character. Epiphany is also associated with the development of a profound sense of meaning, purpose, and a highly inventive mindset.  The function of Epiphany is crucial in facilitating the optimal performance of individuals within a society. It fosters a sense of compassion and rationality, while also enhancing a diverse range of essential skills and professional competencies.
